Where should I go first?
We're so happy you're interested in visiting us! Whether you're just moving into town and looking for a new church, or this is your first time ever stepping foot in a church... we want you to know how thrilled we are to have you.
Be sure to utilize our "new here? park here!" guest parking when you come. It'll put you close to the door and is just one little way we can make sure you feel appreciated before you even step inside.
What type of church is Christ First Church?
Christ First Church is a nondenominational, evangelical church. We believe God calls us to live a "Christ first" life.
Where and when are the services?
We offer identical services on Sunday mornings at 9AM + 10:30AM. We're located at 95 W Devon Drive, Downingtown, PA 19335 in the heart of Chester County, right off of 113 and across the street from Downingtown East High School.
What should I wear?
There's no dress code, of course. Some friends dress casually and some dress up—it’s all good! Come exactly as you are and wear whatever you're most comfortable in.
What is service like?
We always start our services with a time of authentic, passionate praise and worship. Once worship is over, our Lead Pastor, Lee Wiggins brings a message from God's Word, the Bible. We close with a brief time to respond to God in both worship, prayer, and giving back to Jesus.
Services are about an hour and fifteen minutes long.
What about my kids?
The Next Gen ministry is an amazing place for kids from babes to High School!
Our Kidz ministry provides a great Sunday experience for children up to 5th grade. Visit the "New Family" check-in station, where our team will register your children and give them a name badge with a parent pick-up tag. Please let us know if you have any allergies or special requirements. If we need to contact you during service, your parent pick-up number will be displayed on the center LED screen in the Auditorium. Your child will be released to you when you show the parent pick-up tag to a teacher in your child’s classroom.
Kids in grades 6-7 check-in downstairs in the HUB.
8th to 12th graders meet in The Underground on the North side of the building, with a reception time starting at 10 am and programming beginning at 10:30 am.
